General Terms of Sale (B2C)

These terms govern the distance sale of artworks and related products through https://alessiob.cloudsquare.it/, operated by AlessioB (the “Seller”), in business-to-consumer transactions under applicable consumer protection law.

1. Definitions

  • Online sale contract: distance contract between Seller and consumer Buyer via the Internet.
  • Products: goods and/or services listed in the Site catalogue.
  • Buyer/Consumer: natural person purchasing for purposes outside their trade or profession.
  • Price: sale price of each product, including VAT where applicable.

2. Subject matter

These terms apply to Products selected by the Buyer and placed in the cart according to the Site checkout procedure.

3. Acceptance

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy. Terms may be updated; changes apply to purchases after publication on the Site.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros unless otherwise stated. Payment is made via methods available at checkout (e.g. PayPal and other enabled gateways). The contract is concluded when the Seller sends order confirmation by email.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipments are made via couriers selected by the Seller. Delivery times shown at checkout are indicative. Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

6. Legal guarantee

Statutory consumer guarantees apply to defective or non-conforming goods. Defects must be reported promptly to the Seller.

7. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions (e.g. customised or made-to-order items). Withdrawal procedures are stated in the order confirmation.

8. Buyer obligations

The Buyer must provide accurate data and keep a copy of these terms. Registration with false or third-party data is prohibited.

9. Personal data

Processing is governed by the Site Privacy Policy. The controller is the Seller stated above.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers benefit from mandatory protections of their country of residence where applicable.
