This policy describes shipping methods, delivery times and costs for orders placed on https://alessiob.cloudsquare.it/ via WooCommerce.

Shipping areas

We ship mainly to Italy and the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, contact us before ordering to confirm feasibility, costs, lead times and any customs charges payable by the Buyer.

Packaging

Artworks are packed with suitable protective materials (rigid board, corner protectors, padding) to reduce transit damage. Professional packaging costs are included in the shipping calculation where shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated before payment based on destination, artwork weight/volume and selected delivery method. Free shipping thresholds or promotions, if any, are displayed on the Site at purchase.

Shipping methods

We use reliable express couriers. For high-value or oversized works we may use dedicated solutions (protective crating, additional insurance). Details are stated in the order confirmation.

Delivery times

Times shown at checkout are indicative and start from order confirmation and product availability:

  • Italy: typically 3–7 business days.
  • European Union: typically 5–12 business days.
  • Outside EU: variable; customs delays may apply and are outside AlessioB’s control.

Commissioned works or items requiring special crating may need extra time, communicated before order acceptance.

Tracking and delivery

Where available, we send a tracking code by email. The Buyer must provide a complete address and valid contact details. If absent on first delivery attempt, the courier may retry according to its rules.

Transit damage

If packaging is visibly damaged, accept with reservation and note the damage on the courier document. If the artwork is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos — see also our Refund and Returns Policy.
