Refund and Returns Policy

This policy supplements the AlessioB Terms of Service and explains withdrawal, returns and refunds for purchases made on https://alessiob.cloudsquare.it/ via WooCommerce.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving reasons, under applicable EU consumer law.

To withdraw, send a clear statement (e.g. by email) to the Seller contact details above, stating your order number and product. You may use the EU model withdrawal form where provided in your order confirmation.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply, among others, to:

  • custom-made or clearly personalised goods;
  • works created on commission or with individually agreed features;
  • sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or protection reasons, if unsealed after delivery.

Returns

To return an eligible product:

  1. Contact us within the statutory period using the Seller details above.
  2. Wait for return instructions and, where applicable, a shipping label.
  3. Repack the artwork carefully, preferably in the original packaging.
  4. Ship the goods within 14 days of notifying withdrawal.

Direct return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will process it within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice or the returned goods, whichever is later.

Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase (e.g. PayPal or other enabled gateway), unless otherwise agreed. Initial shipping charges may be non-refundable except where goods are defective or non-conforming.

Damaged or non-conforming goods

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange replacement, repair or refund under statutory conformity guarantees.

If the courier delivers visibly damaged packaging, accept with reservation and note the damage on the delivery document.
